The scope of services provided by Star Mindworks Ltd (Crystal Star) according to this Agreement are limited to those listed on starmindwork.com website. Star Mindworks Ltd (Crystal Star) reserves the right to substitute services equal to or comparable to the services listed if the need arises, without prior notice. We reserve the right to change the services that apply to Star Mindworks Ltd (Crystal Star) membership at any time without prior notice.

Any external providers of a benefit included within your membership package will have absolute discretion in relation to the provision of services.
Services supplied by an external provider will be subject to the provider’s own terms and conditions, and we do not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered as a result of a fault, error or omission in the provision of these services.
We reserve the right to change our external providers without prior notice and our decision on services provided is final.
At the point of renewal of your individual membership, your renewal payment is confirmation of the continued acceptance of this contract. You may not transfer any of your rights and obligations under these terms and conditions to another person.
For online applications you will either have sight of a confirmation page or receive an email. Acknowledgement that your application has been received and is being processed does not yet mean that your application has been accepted. Your individual membership with Star Mindworks Ltd (Crystal Star) begins on the date when membership and any other fees have been paid in full.
You have a seven (7) working days cooling off period* from the date of confirmation of your new membership in which to cancel your subscription without penalty. You must notify us of your wish to cancel in writing by contacting the Star Mindworks Ltd team at connect@starmindwork.com
The cancellation right above only applies to new membership applications and does not apply to the renewals of existing memberships.
To access or use the Site, you must be 18 years of age or older and have the requisite power and authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions. Children under the age of 18 are prohibited from using the Site. Information provided on the Site and in the Service related to membership sites and other information are subject to change. Star Mindworks Ltd (Crystal Star) makes no representation or warranty that the information provided, regardless of its source (the “Content”), is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Star Mindworks Ltd (Crystal Star) disclaims all liability for any inaccuracy, error, or incompleteness in the Content.
starmindwork.com (Crystal Star) assume no responsibility for any consequence relating directly or indirectly to any action or inaction you take based on the information, services or other material on this site. While starmindwork.com strives to keep the information on this site accurate, complete, and up-to-date, starmindwork.com and its suppliers cannot guarantee, and will not be responsible for any damage or loss related to, the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information.
In order to use the Service, you will be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email address, username and password, and other personal information. You agree that any registration information you give to Star Mindworks Ltd (Crystal Star) will always be accurate, correct, and up to date. You must not impersonate someone else or provide account information or an email address other than your own. Your account must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right not to fulfil, or to cancel, your application if we are unable to obtain payment authorisation from the issuer of your credit/debit card or payment by other means.
If your individual membership application is accepted, but we subsequently discover that any or all of the information provided by you was misleading or false, we reserve the right to revoke your membership with immediate effect, without the right of appeal.
As a Star Mindworks Ltd (Crystal Star) individual member you warrant and represent to us and each other Star Mindworks Ltd (Crystal Star) member that the following are and will be true each time that you access or use the Site and/or Services:
• you have all requisite power and authority to enter into and perform your obligations under these terms and conditions;
• there are no circumstances of which you should reasonably be aware which would prevent these terms and conditions from being and forming legally binding obligations upon you;
• your performance pursuant to these terms and conditions does not and will not conflict with or breach any constitutional document, agreement or Applicable Laws to which you are subject or by which you are bound;
• all the information which you submit to the Site is complete, reliable, accurate, free from errors, and not misleading in any way, and will not infringe any third party rights;
You will provide us promptly on request with all information that we may reasonably require from time to time in connection with your access to or usage of the Site.
If you wish to cancel your individual membership you can cancel your payment via paypal.
Once renewal of your membership has occurred, it will still be possible to cancel your membership, but we are not obliged to offer a refund if notice has not been given.
Once you cancel you will no longer have access to the Service, including all content and community resources, once your current membership period is completed.
It is entirely your responsibility to ensure that you cancel your account in good time should you no longer require the Service and do not wish to be billed further.
We endeavour to describe and display the Service as accurately as possible. While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining the Service, please do not accept that the Site is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.
You shall not upload, post or otherwise make available on the Site any artwork, photos, or other materials (collectively “Materials”) protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right without the express written permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right, and the burden of determining that any Materials are not so protected rests entirely with you. You shall be liable for any damage resulting from any infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from such a submission. For all Materials submitted by you to the Site, you automatically represent or warrant that you have the authority to use and distribute the Materials, and that the use or display of the Materials will not violate any laws, rules, regulations, or rights of third parties.
As a feature of the Service, Star Mindworks Ltd (Crystal Star) may provide access to a community or social media platforms in conjunction with the Service. Star Mindworks (Crystal Star) is not required to provide a community platform, and has complete discretion with regards to the platform, and the nature of the interaction, dependent on the Service.
You agree that your use of these community and social media platforms is a privilege and Star Mindworks Ltd (Crystal Star) may limit or deny access to these platforms for misconduct that includes but is not limited to being inappropriate, rude, violent, or threatening. Star Mindworks Ltd (Crystal Star) will make reasonable efforts to provide notice to you with regards to inappropriate or unapproved content that you have placed within the voluntarily provided community and social media platform. Star Mindworks Ltd (Crystal Star) is not required to provide notice, and reserves all rights to take immediate and appropriate action to protect the Star Mindworks Ltd (Crystal Star)’s brand and image integrity.
We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you supply to Star Mindworks Ltd (Crystal Star). You retain copyright and any other rights you may rightfully hold in any content that you submit through the Site or Service. Content you submit to Star Mindworks Ltd (Crystal Star) remains yours to the extent that you have any legal claims therein. You agree to hold Star Mindworks Ltd (Crystal Star) harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of any potential or actual copyright or trademark misappropriation or infringement claimed against you. By posting material on the Site, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to use the material for promotional, business development, and marketing purposes.

Any use of the Site or Service by you after being notified means you accept these amendments. We reserve the right to update any portion of our Site and Service, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time. THE FOREGOING APPLIES EVEN IF STAR MINDWORKS LTD (CRYSTAL STAR) HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF OR COULD HAVE FORESEEN THE DAMAGES. IN THOSE STATES THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR THE DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE FULLEST POSSIBLE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT SHALL STAR MINDWORKS LTD (CRYSTAL STAR)'S CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SERVICE YOU HAVE PURCHASED FROM STAR MINDWORKS LTD (CRYSTAL STAR), AND IF NO PURCHASE HAS BEEN MADE BY YOU STAR MINDWORKS LTD (CRYSTAL STAR)’S CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED £100. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE LIMITATIONS SET OUT ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THE SITE WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED TO YOU ABSENT SUCH LIMITATIONS.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree that you will pay us the fees. Fees displayed on sign up will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed online.
We reserve the right to increase the price of individual membership subscription from time-to-time, and any such amendments. If you are a current Star Mindworks Ltd (Crystal Star) individual member, you will be informed of any fee increase by email. If we discover an error in the price of your membership subscription, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Fees quoted are for individual membership only.
If you are not using your own credit/debit to pay for the membership fee, you must ask the permission of the credit/debit card holder before entering the payment details.
You shall not (a) knowingly introduce any viruses into the Site or (b) attack (or instigate or facilitate the attack of) the Site or Services via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack, or (c) use the Site or Services for any purpose which is unlawful, abusive, libellous, obscene or threatening.
A breach of this clause may constitute a criminal offence. We may report any such breach (whether actual or suspected) to the relevant law enforcement authorities and you agree to co-operate with those authorities.
You shall be responsible for ensuring that you have in place on such systems appropriate Virus protection processes and software.
We will not be liable for any losses caused by any form of attack or viruses that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to use of the Site or Services.
You acknowledge and agree that we may monitor your use of the Site.
We may record, retain and use for monitoring, statistical analysis or marketing purposes information on or from your access to and use of the Site and the Services. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information on how and for what purposes we use your personal data.
You shall treat as confidential and shall not (other than where permitted or compelled to do so by any Applicable Law) use or disclose to any person any Confidential Information nor permit its disclosure. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, Confidential Information means all information (in whatever form) which is not publicly known and which is disclosed to, or otherwise learnt by, you in connection with the site, Services or these terms and conditions.
Without affecting any other rights and remedies which we may have and without liability to you for any losses which may result, we may terminate these terms and conditions:
1. immediately and without notice if:
• in our sole opinion, you materially breach any of these terms and conditions, or fail to adhere to the Star Mindworks Ltd (Crystal Star) policy and/or Star Mindworks Ltd (Crystal Star) Code of Conduct.
• you fail to renew your membership;
• we are required by any applicable law to terminate these terms and conditions; or
• at any time by cancelling your PayPal membership payment
On any termination of these terms and conditions your right to use the Site and the Services shall cease, and we may terminate your access to and use of the Site and Services and invalidate any relevant access details.
Termination for whatever reason of these terms and conditions shall not affect:
• any rights, liabilities or obligations which accrued before such termination;
• any right to payment of fees; and
• any of these terms and conditions that are intended to continue to have effect after such termination.
A person who is not party to these terms shall not have any rights under on in connection with them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
The "Star Mindworks Ltd (Crystal Star)" trade mark is owned by us and nothing contained on the Site or these terms and conditions shall constitute the grant of a licence to use such trade mark.
The Site and the Service may contain links to third party websites and resources. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable for the availability, accuracy, content, or policies of third party websites or resources. Links to such websites or resources do not imply any endorsement by or affiliation with Star Mindworks Ltd (Crystal Star). You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any such websites or resources.
The subject headings of the paragraphs and subparagraphs of this Agreement are included for convenience only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of any of its provisions.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Star Mindworks Ltd pertaining to the Site and Service and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between us. No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement by Star Mindworks Ltd shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by Star Mindworks Ltd.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based.
If any court or competent authority decides that any of the provisions of these terms are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, the term will, to that extent only, be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by the law.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless starmindwork.com, its affiliates and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including reasonable legal fees) directly or indirectly related to your breach of this agreement.
starmindwork.com and its suppliers may make improvements or changes in the information, services, products, and other materials on this site, or terminate this site, at any time without notice. starmindwork.com may modify this agreement at any time and such modifications shall be effective upon posting of the modified agreement on this site and starlightworkcircle.com notifying the posting of the modified agreement on the home page of this site for a period of 30 days. Your continued access or use of this site upon or after the date of such posting and notification shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified agreement.
